For cancellations, we require a minimum of 48hrs notice prior to ANY appointment time or you forfeit your nonrefundable $100 deposit (or $50 nonrefundable consultation only appointment ) and is considered a cancellation fee. If you cancel more than 48hrs before you appointment, your deposit can be applied to a new appointment time/day ONE time before it is forfeited. We understand that life happens or emergencies occur, and sometimes a cancellation under 48hrs is unavoidable. In those cases please give us a call to reschedule your appointment. You MUST call or text to cancel or reschedule your appointment, social media and email accounts are not checked frequently throughout the day. ALL services rendered and deposits are non-refundable. Same day cancellations on prepayment of services may result in partial or full forfeiture of prepayment. Same day cancellations for spa services may result in a $25 fee or full service charge to your card on file.


When you book your appointment with Page Nine Cosmetics, there is a option prior to checking out to be added to the cancellation list to get in for a sooner appointment. Once you click that link, it takes you to a separate page to fill out the form. You MUST go back to the previous page and follow through with booking the appointment or your name will be removed from the cancellation list so its fair for those who have already paid their deposit and waiting for their appointment. 



If you are 10 minutes late (or more) to your scheduled appointment time, your service will either be shortened or have to be rescheduled. If you know you are running behind and might be a couple minutes late, please give us a call and let us know.

No-showing to any appointment will result in a full service amount deposit to be paid upon booking your next service.

No-showing to your permanent cosmetics tattoo appointment will  forfeit the $100 deposit fully, and result in an additional no-show fee of $100 charged to your card on file.

No-showing to your waxing, lash, facial or threading appointment will result in a charge for the full amount of service booked and will require future appointments to be paid in full before appointment will be scheduled.

If you fail to pay the deposit and then no-show, you will still be charged a $200 fee.

If you no-show to your complementary touch up appointment, you will be charged a $75 fee. 



ONLY service animals permitted in building.



Per Alaska state law, individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted in the tattoo procedure area. We respectfully ask your make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. State regulations also require that no one is in the treatment room while the tattoo service is being rendered, unless you are a legal caregiver or assisting someone with disabilities
