NEW COVID-19 STATE MANDATES 
-No friends or family member may accompany you to your appointment, unless you are accompanying a minor or are a legal caretaker of a individual with disabilities.
-Masks are not required, but encouraged. 
-You must reschedule if you or anyone you have been in contact with has presented symptoms of being ill in the past 14days.
